These terms cover your use of the Wildbound Planner app and this website, provided by WILDBOUND CAMPERS LTD (company number 17428281, registered in England and Wales) ("we", "us").
1. A planning aid
Wildbound Planner helps you plan touring trips. Plans, distances, drive times and park details are guidance only. Please check routes, road restrictions and park suitability for your vehicle yourself.
2. Parks set availability and prices
Availability, prices, facilities and rules are set by each park and can change without notice. We check information against parks' official websites but cannot guarantee it is always current. Confirm details with the park before you book.
3. Bookings are with the park
When you book, you do so on the park's own website. Your booking is a contract between you and the park, on the park's terms. We are not a party to it and do not take payment for stays.
4. Subscriptions
Wildbound Plus is sold through Apple as an in-app purchase. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
5. Using the app fairly
Please don't misuse the app, copy its park data for commercial use, or attempt to interfere with how it works.
6. Our liability
We provide the app with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from park availability, prices, closures or bookings, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change when we do.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
