Privacy policy

Wildbound Planner stores all trip data on your device. We do not run a server and there are no accounts.

Wildbound Planner is made by WILDBOUND CAMPERS LTD. This policy covers the Wildbound Planner iOS app.

What we collect

We do not collect personal data through the app. There is no account, no server, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no crash-reporting SDK. Apple App Store privacy label: Data Not Collected.

What stays on your device

All trip data stays on your device only. This includes:

• Preferences and membership settings
• Plan counts
• Saved trips, including any booking references, costs, or cancel-by dates you type in

None of this is sent to us. Uninstalling the app removes it, unless your device backup restores it.

Apple services the app uses

When you look up a place or draw a road route, the app uses Apple location and mapping services (for example geocoding and directions). That processing is by Apple under Apple’s terms, not by us. Location is only used when you choose “Use my location” or similar, and only to fill your trip start. We do not store a location history.

Booking on park websites

When you open a park’s booking link (including date-filled links with Wildbound Plus), you leave our app and use that park’s own website. Those sites have their own privacy policies. We do not receive what you enter there.

Suggest a correction

If you use Suggest a correction, your device opens your own Mail app with a pre-filled message to craig@wildboundcampers.com. Nothing is sent unless you tap send. The message includes the park ID and your answers. Your email address then reaches us in the ordinary way.

Wildbound Plus (Apple In-App Purchase)

All purchases go through Apple. Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple, and we do not see your payment card details. Apple may share limited subscription status with the app so Plus features unlock.

Children’s privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

Changes

We may update this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
